Mission: Upland Processing’s mission is to be the premier provider of transcription and electronic recording services to a variety of professional partners. We achieve this by maintaining state-of-the-art technology, while providing unparalleled customer service and constantly exceeding expectations.
How did your company get started? In 1992, I wanted to start a home-based business providing professionals with secretarial services. I had the medical background and training so I focused on that aspect and started doing transcription. Through years of building a reputation and good business practices, we have ventured into general business, colleges, insurance companies, etc.
What is the key to your company’s success? We remain deeply dedicated to our clients and have an unrelenting commitment to staying abreast of the latest technology. With the most recent changes in patient documentation, we have partnered with software companies to provide the medical providers with the highest quality of electronic medical record. By combining individualized service with professional quality documentation of patient records, we help practices keep patient care at its highest level and increase productivity. As such, we are often viewed by our customers as a partner in helping their businesses function more effectively.
Quote: “Developing and maintaining relationships with our customers is key to our success. Our team is constantly challenging ourselves to exceed expectations on every job, identify areas for improvement and implement processes that improve customer satisfaction. There is no room for complacency.” — Margaret DeAntonio
